1.We believe that the Bible of 66 books (39 OT and 27 NT books), as in the original canon, is the inspired Word of God, and is the supreme and final authority in all the matters of belief and conduct. 1. (a). Bible is inerrant, entirely trustworthy, infallible and without error in its entire teachings including creation, history and salvation, Isaiah 40:12-28; Psalms 19:07-11; Matthew 05:17-18; John 01:01-03; John 17:17; 1Corinthians 02:13; 1Thessalonians 02:13; 2Timothy 03:14-17; Colossians 01: 15-17; Hebrews 04:12; 1Peter 02:2; 2Peter 01:19-21, etc.
2.There is one true and living God, eternally self-existent, selfrevealed “I AM”, in three distinct eternally existing individual persons — The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, Genesis 01:02, 26; 11:7; Deuteronomy 06:04; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 03:16-17; 28:19-20; Mark 12:29; John 10:30; Acts 05:03-04; 2Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 01:08, etc.
3.We believe in the universal sinfulness, total wickedness and guilt of human nature since the Fall, rendering man subject to God’s wrath and condemnation. 3. (a). We believe that all the mankind, including each and every ethnic group, are lost sinners and cannot see the kingdom of God, except through the new birth which takes place through repentance of sin resulting in a change of purpose, change of will and change of mind, to agree with God and God’s Word. 3. (b). Justification is by grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ, Isaiah 53:06; 59:02; 64:06; Romans 03:10-31; 05:12-19; Galatians 02:21; Ephesians 02:01-09, etc.
4. Salvation is entirely a work of God’s grace and cannot be earned or deserved. All who believe in Christ are justified by faith alone, adopted into the family of God and receive eternal life, John 01:12; Romans 05:06-21; 06:23; Ephesians 02:08-09; Titus 03:04-07, etc. The “inward” evidence to the believer of his salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit, Romans 8:16. The “outward” evidence of his salvation to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness, Matthew 05:16; Ephesians 02:10.
5.The ordinance of water baptism should be observed as commanded in the Scriptures, only by complete immersion in water, in the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit, by all who have repented and have truly believed in their hearts, in Christ, as Lord and Savior. Thus, they declare to the world that they have died with Jesus and that they have also been raised with Him to walk in newness of life, Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 10:47-48; Romans 06:03-11, etc.
6.All believers are entitled to, and should eagerly expect, and earnestly seek, the promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This was the normal experience of all in the early Christian church with which comes the enduement of power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry, Luke 24:49; Acts 01:04, 08; Romans 12:03-21; 1Corinthians 12:1-31 etc.
7.The Lord’s Supper, consisting of the elements – bread and the fruit of the vine – is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ, a memorial of His suffering and death; It is enjoined on all believers until He comes, 1Corinthians 11:25-26
7.(a). “As often” in 1Corinthians 11:26 emphasizes that Lord’s Supper can be taken on any day or time, of course, adhering to scriptural conditions; insisting to set laws that it should be conducted only on a particular day (s), or, only once a year or so is all man-made and lack scriptural support, Acts 02:46-47; 20:07; 1Corinthians 11:25-26. etc.
8.Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement and is the privilege of all believers; regarding the sick and afflicted, we believe that God hears and answers the prayer of faith, in accordance with His own will, Isaiah 53:04-06; Matthew 08:16-17; James 05:14-16; 1Peter 02:24. 8. (a). There is deliverance from sickness and deliverance in sickness, 2Corinthians 12:07-10 etc.
9.We believe that Satan is an angelic being, the author of sin, and cause of the Fall. He is the open and declared enemy of God and mankind. The devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet, and whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life, shall be condemned to everlasting punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone, which is the second death, Genesis 03:01-13; Isaiah 14:12-15; Ezekiel 28:13-16; 2Corinthians 11:14-15; 1Peter 05:08-09; Revelation 12:10; 19:20; 20:10-15; etc.
10. We believe in the one universal Church of Christ, which is His bride. The Church is the body of Christ and made up of all those who are born again, born of the Spirit. Each believer is an integral part of the Universal Church but in its local expression is established for worship, mutual edification, and witness, Ephesians 01:22-23; 02:19-22; Hebrews 12:23; etc.
11. We affirm the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to heaven. We believe that Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became fully man without ceasing to be God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and lived a sinless life of obedience to the Father’s will. In His incarnation, Jesus revealed God and redeemed sinners. The Lord Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven, and is now exalted at the right hand of God as our High Priest, Advocate and is the only mediator between man and God, Matthew 01:18; 03:16-17; Luke 24:51; John 17:05; Acts 01:11; Romans 08:34; Gal 04:04-05; Philippians 02:05-11; 1Timothy 02:04-08; Hebrews 04:14; 09:24-26; 1John 02:01-02.
12. We believe in the imminent personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ, His millennial rule on earth, God’s judgment of the living and the dead, the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, unto the resurrection of life and the eternal punishment of the wicked unto the resurrection of damnation, Zechariah 14:01-11; Acts 01:11; 1Thessalonians 04:13-05:10; Revelation 19:11-16; 19-20; 20:01-06.
12.( a). The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and, their translation together with those who are alive in Christ and remain unto the coming of the Lord, is the imminent and blessed hope of the church, Romans 8:23; 1Corinthians 15:50-54; 1Thessalonians 4:16-17; Titus 2:11-14.
13. We believe in the promise of new heavens and a new earth, Revelation chapters 19 to 22.
